- Please give 48 hour notice if can not keep appointment
- Must be 18 years old or older
- No pregnant or nursing mothers
- Cash, Credit and Debt Cards accepted, no checks
- Credit Cards will have a convenience fee
- New patients please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork
- Touch up appointment price for existing patients only
- initial Touch up after 12 weeks subject to charge
- No extra people in procedure room including children
